290 West Dapto Road is a project completed by Studio Colin Polwarth and Urbanac for a private client in 2016. The project involved a submission to council and negotiations to uplift the zoning for the property. The project included rationalising the amount of developable land and an increase in housing density for the property consistent with State aims for increased densities.

During the year long project including the architectural study for the future development of the property capacity, we substantially increased the potential value of the land for our client through careful work and negotiations with Council.
